Points to bear in mind at the winery
1. No pets allowed
The guided tour takes in all production areas. Although we love animals, health and hygiene regulations prevent us from allowing them into the winery, either on the tour routes or, even more so, during tastings.
2. Children Must Be Accompanied by Adults
Children are welcome, but must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
3. Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins to allow time for registration and to ensure the tour starts on time.
4. Clothing
During the guided tour, we will pass through various indoor and outdoor work areas, where temperatures may vary. We therefore recommend wearing suitable, casual and comfortable clothing and footwear to ensure maximum comfort during the tour.
Cancellation Policies
Your booking is considered confirmed upon payment.
Cancellation by the customer
You may cancel your booking with a full refund only if the cancellation is made at least 2 days before the start of the experience.
Cancellation by the winery
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations on the part of the winery that make it impossible to go ahead with the experience, our team will contact you promptly to offer a full refund or to reschedule the experience for the earliest available date, to be agreed upon together.
