Camilucci Sboccatura Tardiva

ST

“ST”, a zero-dosage wine reborn through late disgorgement, which is left to mature in the quiet cellars for at least 150 months, offering extremely complex and unique sensory experiences. Produced only in excellent vintages and in limited quantities, it is the expression of a winemaking process using exclusively Chardonnay grapes, meticulously selected and suited to long ageing. Ageing taken to the extreme without compromise, so as not to alter what nature, through the slow passage of time during ageing, can magically create. It is an exclusive, intense, complex, refined, full-bodied, mature and harmonious wine. It is released only in strictly numbered batches. Ideal for pairing with cheeses but also delightful to savour on its own.

The evolution of a truly great vintage wine, realised through the refinement of late disgorgement.
