Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit notification by email containing:
The products must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
products that have been personalised or packaged at the customer’s specific request (e.g. personalised gift boxes);
products that are damaged, opened or altered after delivery;
products that have deteriorated due to incorrect storage by the customer.
Once notice of withdrawal has been given, the customer must return the products within 14 days of giving such notice.
The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless otherwise agreed.
